This text link rotator script looks like Google style text ads. It will cycle through your links not random so everytime your page loads a new set of links will display. This is much better than pumping hundreds of links into your site as linkbacks and by not randomizing you can categorize ads by topic, Banner size and Leaderboard size ad styles included.
